By booking a trip with She Travels, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your booking:

1. General Information
She Travels offers group tours specifically designed for women.  All travelers must be over the age of 21 to participate.

2. Booking and Payment
To confirm your booking, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept payments via bank transfer.
The payment for the trip does not include any additional services or products, such as travel insurance, medical insurance, personal expenses, or emergencies.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Traveler: Cancellations are only accepted up to 30 days before the start date of the trip. If you cancel within 30 days of the trip’s start date, no refunds will be issued.
Refund Process: If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the trip start date, a refund of the trip price, minus a cancellation fee of 20% will be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the trip if necessary, in which case a full refund will be issued, or an alternative trip offered.

4. No Insurance Coverage
No Travel Insurance Included: She Travels does not provide travel insurance or medical coverage for its participants. It is recommended that you obtain your own comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage, before traveling – if you wish.
Emergency Costs: In the event of an emergency, all travelers are responsible for their own expenses, including medical costs and any additional costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Health and Medical Conditions
By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for travel. She Travels reserves the right to refuse participation if, at any time before or during the trip, the participant’s health is deemed unsuitable for travel.
If you require special assistance (e.g., dietary restrictions, mobility assistance), please inform us at the time of booking.

6. Behavior and Conduct
She Travels is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all participants. All travelers must behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, staff, and locals during the trip.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous may result in removal from the trip with no refund.
Travelers agree to comply with local laws and regulations during their trip.

7. Liability
She Travels is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused to you during your trip. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, illnesses, theft, or other unforeseen events.
By booking with She Travels, you acknowledge and accept that you are traveling at your own risk.

8. Changes to the Itinerary
She Travels reserves the right to modify the trip itinerary at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, local events, or other factors beyond our control.
In such cases, She Travels will make every effort to offer alternative activities of equivalent value.

9. Force Majeure
She Travels will not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations if the failure is due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.

10. Data Privacy
She Travels is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use your personal data for the purpose of booking and organizing your trip. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where necessary for the purpose of providing the trip services.

11. Photos and Marketing
By participating in a She Travels trip, you grant permission for She Travels to take photos or videos of the group and individual participants for marketing purposes, including on social media, websites, and promotional materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us prior to the trip.

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bali, Indonesia.

13. Additional Considerations
Minimum Participants: Trips are subject to a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not met, She Travels reserves the right to cancel the trip and offer a full refund.
Flight Arrangements: We are responsible for booking your flights unless otherwise stated. Flight times, schedules, and any changes made by airlines are beyond She Travels’ control.
